Many people that purchase cookies do so because they want to treat themselves to something delicious, but did you know Egan cookies do not need to taste any different.
A vegan lifestyle is chosen by people as a way of life so why should products that have always been generally marketed at those that eat animal products taste any different when these are removed. The answer is: They Shouldn't
The cookies that I produce have one ingredient difference when making vegan or conventional cookies, and that is egg. All of the other ingredients used are vegan anyway, the substitution used for egg, is flaxseed.
Flaxseed has many benefits including being a good source of many nutrients, including protein, fiber and omega-3 fatty acids which can help lower cholesterol.
Next time you are thinking of buying some cookies, consider going vegan, the taste is the same and you will not notice the difference.
Vegan flavours offered: Biscoff, Chocolate Chip, Cherry and chocolate, cranberry, Raisin and cinnamon and mint chocolate. All mixed boxes contain a mixture of these.
